Restoration of Tut’s beard video
You might remember a story we put up some time ago about the mask of Tutankhamen being damaged and the beard breaking off as a result. The curators epoxied (yes they used epoxy) the beard back on leaving an unsightly join and damaging the mask. the German government offered to pay for repairs and a polish to fix the mask up. Attached below is a short video of the restoration crew working on the mask.
